Sir, here is a blood sausage, I also call it a blood sausage... But here in Estonia it's a common thing, especially during Christmas, when it's served alongside Christmas meals. But it's also good to served alongside regular oven-roasted steaks... very good 👌👌👌😎
But I usually make this blood sausage with my omelette, two slices in the morning with an egg omelette is ideal.
It fills up an empty stomach in the morning well, and after that, the start of the morning is also better.
But after breakfast, going for a walk in the muddy forest that has been soaked through by rain is always refreshing. The rain may be cold, but a warm breakfast keeps the body warm for a long time.
