Ingredients:
4 eggs in room temperature
Sugar Grinder
Castin and a quarter of the plucked flour
Heat the milk in a warm room
Vegetable oil pasteurizer
Spoon Baking Powder
Spoon Vanilla
Salt spray

4 بيض بحرارة الغرفة

كاستين وربع طحين منخول
كاسة حليب بحرارة الغرفة
كاسة زيت نباتي
ملعقة صغيرة بيكنغ باودر
ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا
رشة ملح
نخفق البيض مع السكر والفانيلا على سرعه عالية حتى يصير فاتح وكريمي بخفف السرعه و بضيف الزيت ونخفق بعدين الحليب ونخفق شوي بضيف الطحين المنخول مع البيكنغ باودر والملح وبحرك شوي شوي حتى ما يطلع الهوا
بسكب الخليط بصينية مربعة مبطنه بورق زبدة وبدخلها فرن محمى مسبقا على حرارة 180 درجه
بجهز الصوص : كاسة حليب وملعقتين طعام سكر وملعقة طعام كاكاو بودرة و50 غ شوكولا بدوبهم ع نار هادية
بقطع الكيك لمربعات صغيرة .
بغط أطراف كل مربع ب صوص الشوكولا وبعدها بجوز الهند وبصير جاهز
