Fogging Mosquitoes

Have you ever noticed that every single time government fog the place for mosquitoes more mosquitoes come out afterwards and bite you? Since i was little I've noticed yet they still insist it doesn't happen. I tell inspectors that every time they come around. Wonder if they ever pass on the message. Fogging mosquitoes man!!!!
