Mental strength booster # 1

A few days ago I had a small conversation with @dandesign86 (check out his blog if you are interested in art and/or design) about the importance of diet in martial arts and fighing sports. He mentioned a very interesting point when he said:

I guess what it really comes down to is the mental strength!

This gave me the idea of giving you daily mental strength boosters. Because I strongly believe, that not only in martial arts, fighting sports or any other sports, but in all areas of life you can be much stronger and more productive.

Ronnie Dean Coleman was a professional bodybuilder. He won the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding title for eight years in a row (1998 - 2005). He also held the record with 26 wins for the most wins as an IFBB pro. With this achievements he is considered one of the greatest bodybuilders ever.

Very true, I'm finding this myself with my job, sometimes you need to take a step back to look at the bigger picture and rework certain things.

Yeah, taking a step back at the right time is very often the best trigger for more success.
