Take a deep breath and never give up!
Hello friends,
We all have days that we feel like nothing is working out and we feel like the whole world is against us. Sometimes it might take a while to figure out our way from the particular situation but sometimes it is as simple as taking a deep breath and starting all over again. Whatever it is all problems have solutions and the moral of the story is to NEVER GIVE UP!

i love this quote, well it is difficult to stay strong when you decided to give up why this happen i think this is negative mindset when you are going through a difficult time it's hard to find out good that is inside of you at that time that quote it really helpful it give us a very powerful energy at that time. thanks for sharing
It is ok to feel bad, it is only natural and we all go through those stages but then come the point that we have to stand up and carry on.....

@czechglobalhosts today i had to run 7km and i stopped at 4.3km instead of giving up i'll try to do better tomorrow,thank you for sharing this with us

That is life, my friends! I wrote a game of thrones analogy about this topic. We all face in our lives many and different sortst of "winter" But we have to overcome them, we cant allow them to beat us down. This educate our character and this is the most important thing. How strong is your inner man?

Great advice have been in that situation many times,when nothing is going right it can actually help to stop and have a break,well it doe for me .
It does work and we should stop little more often for a bit and just think and breath deep for a while to realize how great everything is....
