The principle of Team (Principle of Support)
If your value as an individual is 1.000.000€, then in a quality team you worth ten times more. As in football, not all players are strikers, there are defenders, wingers, midfielders. When you work on a project, there are no more or less important players. Everyone has to work as one. If you are a strong individual, form a team to increase your value as soon as possible. If you don’t have a team, approach the other team which already exists. Every one of us can be tired or not be able to do some task. In those moments, it is very important to have persons who can replace you.
If there are no persons whom you can trust, how can you go on holiday? A team is as strong as its weakest link is strong. If there is a person that cannot fit in the team, apply the Principle of cleaning. You cannot and you must not put in the same level Ferrari and Yugo. The speed of Ferrari will never be shown at its full force if you wait for Yugo to catch up.
Teams have to be compatible. It means that Yugo goes with Yugo, Ferrari with Ferrari. Of course, Yugo can become Ferrari. Every person has to put effort to advance faster and better. The team is always stronger, more flexible, faster and more durable than an individual is. If you are alone, become a part of a team that wins and you will be a winner.
