Have observed mostly when someone is in relationship some girls don't know when they are no more needed

You have to know when to quit. You have to know when you are no more needed. When you quit it doesn't really mean that the game is over. It can also mean that the game is not meant for you. You have to know when someone is not meant for you so that you don't keep wasting your time.

How to know they are not meant for you,

when your feelings doesn't matter, when cares from you are not returned, we love shared are not shown or given back then you are playing the wrong game. You are with the wrong person you have to quit. When you quit at this point. It doesn't make you a loser.
A loser is someone who is defeated. It makes you stronger for the right person. It will be so embarrassing to be defeated by the wrong person because even if they do hurt you. They won't feel the remorse. When you need someone you go for the person when you can't get the person then QUIT.

Let somethings go because not everything is meant for you. The answer should be. Yes I love you and I truly wanted you but if I can't have you then I can have someone else.
