DON’TS WHEN OVERWHELMED
What's up What's up what's up folks...
s is unavoidable, but we can embroil the problem. We get involved in exacerbating it.
It’s easy to look for solutions while continuing to fall prey to its menacing effects.
Here`s what not to do when you feel overwhelmed. In other words if you want to increase your stress, try this tips out.
- Think negatively: - this is greater effective, especially if you make it about yourself personally.
- Isolate and amplify that thought when something bad happens. Don’t let any positive thoughts interrupt your catastrophic mindset
- When worrying, stop your simulated thinking at the point of greatest dire impact. After all, worry is just like a movie. You need to stop the movie before its reached the curtain. This will help to keep the dread and anxiety at an optimum level
- Live in the future. We are the only animal on planet earth that can experience the future before it arrives. We can experience ourselves crashing over and over again, even though it has not really occurred. Forget about now after all, will soon be then so live in e future because it is yet to come amazing
- Promote GMC behaviour [gripe, moan and complain]. Actually, my research has found that the coded and longer, the better.
- Procrastinate. Why do now what you could probably do tomorrow? Postpone working on that project, paper or problem. After you might miss the thrill of an overtime sudden death finale. You’ll be forfeiting that brain racing heart pumping anxiety level feeling. Why miss that thrill?
- Eliminate margin. When leaving an appointment, make sure that the exact time you leave is the exact time you are supposed to arrive.
- Get anxious. When you miss the deadline, make sure you panic. Being anon anxious presence won’t help you multiply the stress.
- Hang onto slights and irritability. Feed them more, keep growing them and holding them, to escalate them is to multiply them, and that will keep your stress level growing
