One should accept the reality. I am not demoralizing to have a big dream what i am saying dreams should be according to one's capacity. Proper planning and approach can do wonders. At the same time if one gets success he/she should be an arrogant person. This thing repels the fellow being and loses ones charisma.

    Thank you for your inside on the quote.... How about dreaming big while keeping the feet on the ground:)... I like that too:)......
