Heard of the sutras? We once ceased marvelling and started looking for other things. We underestimated, neglected, and forgot the mind, allowing other things take its place.

Thus, we journey in pursuit of pleasure and stability. In constant flight from fear, suffering, and discomfort, we cannot find tranquilly.

Buddha means “to awaken.” Buddha woke up totally, as if from the deepest sleep, and realised that his suffering was simply a bad dream. We can escape this nightmare by “doing only good, avoid harm to others and purify the heart”.

According to Buddhism, “reconnecting with our mind” involves listening or reading, thinking on what we learn, and applying it. Thus, Buddhist philosophy must be valuable.

Thus, we present some of the many Buddhist sutras that encourage life reflection. Sutras are teachings that make up Buddhist theory, not sentences to remember. We can adjust our daily behaviour.

Our hearts hold everything, but we must observe. This clears our thoughts and makes us more sensitive and concentrated. Be smart and watch. Watch and learn, not talk.

Quiet minds are peaceful. Meditation is a key method. Calming the mind will eliminate extrinsic conditioning that causes suffering and bring true happiness.

“Hatred never dies in this world. Hatred is only dissolved by love. It is ancient and endless law.”

Hatred is darkness, but light conquers. To get light? Think about love and compassion. Let go of hateful results. When silence reigns, light will enter and hatred will go.

All beings want bliss and its causes through love in Buddhism. In compassion, everyone wants to be free from pain and its causes. By contemplating on these two fundamental ideas, we can overcome our hatred.

How to keep fighting?
“You'll die too. How to keep fighting?

Fighting wastes precious life. Better spend time and energy on happiness. When your heart is high, you don't seek the flesh. We are and will be dust. What does fighting accomplish? What do we gain by wasting energy?

«A mind beyond judgement watches and understands»

Do not weigh good and bad. It will divide you if you analyse it. Choose awareness by examining both alternatives without choosing.

According to Buddhist teacher Lama Rinchen Gyaltsen, humans categorise the external into three categories: "I like it" (attachment), "I am indifferent" (ignorance), and "I don't like it". hate, not that. These “three poisons” make us judge everything. Thus, letting up of external judgement will make us happier and freer.

Kindness conquers anger. Generosity defeats wickedness. Truth triumphs over disappointment.

Positively transform the negative. The world prepares you for negativity and reinforces repression. An clever person doesn't help society. Because society wants obedient, not smart, individuals. Live wisely.

Buddhism emphasises negative learning. Every experience, no matter how bad, should offer us strength. When anything bad happens, we should analyse it and learn from it. Therefore, we will grow and improve.

It all comes and goes. He who wakes up lives forever.”

Fall or grow to live. Gravity, civilization, and crowds make falling easier. Get carried away and obey to tumble.
