The need to attempt and control everything in order to regulate life's flow is known as this sickness, which goes by the names "control freak" in Turkish and "control freak" in English.

What then goes into this? If you're a control freak, you could be troubled by the idea that something isn't quite right or that everything should happen just as you would like it to.

Both men and women today can experience the fixation with control in different ways. You could get unduly fixated on your job, achievement, neatness, and beauty and feel the need to maintain order.

After some time, you might want to have the same level of control over your social circle and family as you do over yourself.

Controlling has turned into an obsession; examples include asking those around them if they are doing something or not all the time.

Controlling sickness generally takes the form of self-control mechanisms and is not restricted to daily life regulation. In What Way Does?

For instance, a person frequently views controlling his emotions as one of his many responsibilities. For fear of disappointment or criticism, you strive to suppress your emotions, limit your tears, and refrain from displaying affection.

The following traits describe the personality of control freaks: panic, quick thinking, strictness, thrift, critical thinking, suspicion, detail-orientedness, and obsessiveness. You might feel anxious and tense all the time due to these characteristics.

It's like wanting to be the master of your own fate, keeping everything under control, and avoiding "events" and unforeseen circumstances.

Why then do some people set themselves up for such an impossibility? We feel safe and secure when we have certainty and control.

Therefore, we get obsessed with control because we believe that if we can control things (and others), we will be safe, happy, or successful.

Being strict, demanding, and perfectionist—attempting to control everything—becomes our coping mechanism for dread and anxiety. Let's take each one in turn.

Control freaks frequently have a perfectionist mentality. Errors are not something they can accept. They don't provide jobs to other people because they think they are the only ones who can complete it flawlessly.

For these people, life-related events like changing plans, facing obstacles, and experiencing an upheaval in order represent a spiritual disintegration.

A deep lack of confidence is hidden when you can't trust anyone and believe that you are the only one with power.
