The Rock stars in this remake of Walking Tall.

A veteran returns to his hometown and confronts corruption directly. The Rock is a strong and resolute character who heroically confronts the corrupt lawmen that have taken his town hostage.

I love movies like this one, and it's probably universal for most. Seeing the corrupt pay for their sins under the hands of the righteous is edifying. The Rock does a great job filling in on this remake, and I recommend it for action fans and drama buffs as well.
