My niece had to go through concussion protocol this past year. It was pretty intense and very frustrating for her. It really is in the best interest of the athletes though. Working in the school district I know that all of the coaches have to go through the training every year and I think all of the staff have to watch videos at the beginning of the year. It is just basic stuff like knowing the signs etc.
