Big was the first Tom Hanks movie I watched and and still recall him chewing down on a miniature corn. I suppose they have to all start somewhere and it wasn't that bad a film for it's time.
ha! when you said that I immediately flashed back to the scene at the gala event he was attending. Great stuff!
