Poetic Film Review: Get Over It (2001)
In the realm of teen-themed Shakespearean bliss,
Get Over It brings a modern twist to the timeless kiss.
Berke Landers, heartbroken and lost,
Finds solace in the theatre, no matter the cost.
With friends by his side and a musical dream,
He sets out to win back his love, it seems.
But as rehearsals progress, his eyes start to see,
That perhaps the one for him is Kelly, not Allison, you see.
Directed by O'Haver with style and flair,
The cast brings life to a story so rare.
Kirsten Dunst shines, Ben Foster too,
Their chemistry undeniable, their love true.
Though the critics may scoff and the box office may fall,
Get Over It stands tall, entertaining all.
For in the end, it's not about the fame,
But the journey of love, in this teen-themed game.
