Boone's world becomes a mystery to ignite,
As humor and drama clash in their quest,
To capture truth or Hollywood's zest.

Miguel Ferrer shines in the lead role,
While the film's structure takes its toll,
An interesting concept, almost in reach,
But falls short, disappointingly out of speech.

A mix of genres and styles collide,
Leaving Where's Marlowe? on a bumpy ride,
A valiant effort, a missed opportunity,
A film that struggles with its identity.

So, for this mockumentary in review,
