Of course Shawshank, goes without saying. And I was thinking about Se7en just the other day. Need to rewatch that someday.
To add something to your list - Pointbreak, the old Patrick Swayze version.

    There's something special when Kevin Spacey does the "cool & calm psychopath" vs Brad Pitt and his 0 to 100 rookie cop mentality that really bodes well with me in that one!

      Yea, I have to admit I forgot about the original Point Break.
      Swayze commanded the screen in that movie. Love it!!!
