Another Spider-Man spin-off film ready to be presented Sony Pictures , following Venom and Silver & Black . This time the character that made his solo movie is Silk , a female superhero figure who has Spider-Man power.

In his comic, Silk has the real name of Cindy Moon and he is a classmate of Peter Parker. The character of this Korean-American descent gained super power after being bitten by a similar radioactive spider that also attacked Parker. Although his strength is still below Spider-Man, Cindy has advantages that Parker does not have. Like a very strong memory, more sensitive spider senses and more nimble movements.

Interestingly, Cindy Moon turned out to debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe through Spider-Man: Homecoming , where she played Tiffany Espensen and participated in a meticulous contest in Washington DC with Parker's team. In addition, Espensen also re-appear in Avengers: Infinity War by riding the same bus with Parker.

Not yet known for sure whether the spin-off Silk will return starring Espensen, or just a new actress. Furthermore, there has been no confirmation whether Silk film will also be incorporated in MCU, or a universe with Venom . Silk project itself is new in the early stages of development and has not recruited director or scriptwriter, therefore details about this film is still quite minimal.

Meanwhile, Venom will air on October 5, 2018 with lead star Tom Hardy . While the latest report called Silver & Black canceled released February 18, 2019, following the antihero duet of women is suspended by Sony.
