I've been looking for somewhere to share my thoughts on many topics. I'm passionate fitness, social issues, and nutrition. There are other subjects I will write about as well. When I learn something new and interesting I like to share it. When I stumble across my own day to day insights about life, I like to share those as well. I look forward to the exchange of ideas.
