Grab your Broom it's Time for Sweeps!

Good Morning Everyone. Here we have one of our instructors teaching the Teen Class some Thai Boxing Sweeps. These sweeps are a lot of fun and easy to get once you understand the leverage behind them. Listen to how he explains the hip thrust and add them to your game. These sweeps can easily transfer to Mixed Martial Arts by following your opponent down to side Control.
