8 Year Old Innocient Kidnapped, Raped and Killed - Appeal for Justice

Few days back, an innocient named Zainab was kidnapped and to our suprise she was abducted in the rural area of Punjab, Pakisttan, in a very unusual way. A CCTV footage showed that she walked holding hand of an unknown man. It was her last footage and then she was found under the pile of garbage. After her postmortem report, a very heartbreaking news came out, she was raped multiple times before she was killed.
Due to underdeveloped rural area, the installed CCTV showed a very blur image of the kidnapper which has made a hectic for the police and investegators.
