fall fungi

norwegian: rød stubbemusserong (Tricholomopsis rutilans)
in english this fine fungi is often fittingly called 'plums and custard', because of it's attractive coloration. it may conceivably be edible, however sorry to say, it is said to taste like rotting wood. better to just take a photo and look elsewhere for dessert.
