I really like Spanish songs and Spanish as a language as well, I know it a little and when I started to learn Italian on duolingo they keep twisting with each other in my head so much that I actually speak Spantalian when trying to communicate with someone :P
Hahah I know that feeling, for me it was Spanish and French which are far too similar, I never knew what language I was speaking ;)
I also love Spanish too, it's a gorgeous sounding language, but so is Italian... and French ;)
