Oh, wow, it is finally happening? I thought it happened a while ago. It seems like they have been talking about it forever! If you would have asked me I would have said it was a done deal and we were just hearing about the fallout.
It has dragged on for years, but this is the official leaving day. Actually there is a process that runs through this year before we are fully out. The government needs to negotiate a lot in that time.
