Racial tension in America, particularly with law enforcement is a thing

With the recent release of the dash cam footage from the Philando Castile's MURDER, many Americans got a glimpse of the harsh realities their melanated peers still face today. No matter their status, wealth or celebrity. Mr Castile was a good enough citizen to qualify for a CCW in the state of Minnesota which tells you at least, he met those requirements.

I don't want to be naive and think cops don't deal with an abundance of ignorant and dangerous melanted people, but from the video, the officer definitely overreacted. What's also troubling, most CCW classes teach to announce to the officer that you have your weapon with you, and Mr. Castile was compliant. The heartbreaking footage of Mr. Castile's child and fiance/wife in custody was a reality check for anyone who needed one.

Anywho, I don't want to get into the weeds of the racial injustice in America, as I have friends of all race, faiths, and class and this does not represent all of America.
