aha yes. I love both. I am a hippie child of the 60 and 70 generation and yes a runner and a cyclist. Unfortunately I have not done much of either one recently as with so many in my generation my freedom has eluded me, as I have lost a parent and put one in a retirement home and am now removing 66 years of someones married life from a much beloved home and selling it. What I do have is music whilst I pack away and when all is said and done, I will be back. However..you @mrprofessor have made me smile.
Ohh @marionbowes, tough times. All I can send you right know is a lot of my positivity and energy so you can go through all that.
