This is for liver and stomach, but what about brain function? I have done some research on this. Would love to share in the future. Also, breakfast is only the most important meal of the day if it has the proper nutrition in it. Cereal or eggs aren't really that beneficial for your health and some may argue it could be better to actually micro-fast for one meal per day. Just a thought.
