Carole King - Its Too Late BBC

I have probably watched this concert a thousand times. My brain has been rewired to the point that when I head the words "Its too late" - Carole King sings to me in my head.

Lyrics like "One of us is changing - or maybe we just aren't trying" often get overlooked by those with a superficial relationship with Carole King's music.

Maybe people will point to "Natural Women" or "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" as her greatest accomplishments. They even made a cheesy Broadway musical with her music (which I though tacky considering shes alive).

Carole is an accidental musician like most of the good ones. Her music was pure and lyrics true - even if her musicianship couldn't always keep up. I've heard most of her work and most covers of her work and I think its safe to say that nothing tops Carole, a grand piano and a masterpiece like "Its too late".
