Both your sound samples are the same thing. I can get put off starting a musical piece by being intimidated by all that needs doing. I've been mostly writing stuff for me to play solo, so that's simpler, but I'd like to do more collaborations as each person has their own skills. Some are really into the production side and that's something I don't have time to get into. Doing all yourself is just hard.
