I hope to be able to buy all the gear I've been wanting for a while. Can't always justify it from the household budget
a baritone ukulele? this exists? me need, fast. i have pretty big hands and long fingers, maybe i can finally place them all on the fretboard of a baritone ukulele...
It was only slightly shorter scale than a guitar, so easy to adapt to. They are fairly cheap, so worth a try.

Baritone uke can be weird... it's not high enough to sound like a ukulele, but it's still really twangy and kinda small. I had one for a while, then again mine wasn't so nice, maybe a better one would get more excited.
Smaller ukes are cool though. Concert size is probably the perfect choice.
This one was fun, but just felt odd. Kind of like a toy guitar. It's a different tone that could have uses

Ukulele is easier than guitar. You can learn a few chords and play lots of songs. You can start with a cheap uke. Probably lots around as some people will give up.
Some year ago I went to a ukulele's concert, 10 or 15 (I don't remember) players of ukulele! Fantastic!
There's at least one ukulele orchestra touring here. I've yet to see them play live
wonderful!!! I searched the Orchestra that I watched, 7 ukulele and 1 guitar, their name is Sinfonico Honolulu ^_^
