First of all I would like to clarify that this post is NOT investment advice and it is only based on my opinion only.

The total VZT token supply will only be 125 million which in my opinion is a very low token supply.

The Cap will only be $15,000.000

The VEZT Token allocation will be as follows:
• 50% sold in Private & Public Token Generating Event
• 35% held by Vezt Inc. for platform development
• 10% reserved for partnerships, marketing & PR, etc.
• 5% for Advisors & Consultants

Vezt has already received pre-seed funding from Binary Capital and principals
of Global Trust Group.

The VEZT team plan to have a fully-functional MVP by the end of Q4
2017, and a public beta launch in Q1 2018.

The VEZT team are aiming to provide its creators with the ability to be fairly & transparently
compensated for their work and talent.

The song rights information will be encoded on the Vezt blockchain & the royalties will be collected from the Performing Rights Organizations (“PROs”) which are in 137 countries around the world, as well as through STEM.is which aggregates digital performance royalties from the likes of Spotify, YouTube, iTunes, Pandora, etc.... Vezt registers the rights with the PROs & digital platforms, & then pays them through to artists & rights-buyers.

Vezt understand how important it is to get the funds to the artists once an ISO ( initial song offering ) is complete,
it’s equally important to provide secure & transparent royalty tracking & collections once a song is released.
The VEZT platform incorporates blockchain “smart contract” technology to provide the rights holders with only the very best
possible tools for royalty administration around the world. VEZT will utilize STEM.is as their digital tracking &
collections partner, with capabilities to track & collect from digital platforms such as Spotify,
Pandora, SoundExchange, YouTube etc...

VEZT WILL also utilize the traditional performing rights organizations to track
& collect from international usages in 137 countries around the world. vezt hopeS that at some point,
their blockchain capabilities will allow much more direct tracking & collection in the very near future.

I am looking forward to seeing up and coming artists raise funds for their work and allowing fanss, brands and investors to support them while potentially seeing a great ROI depending on the success of the artists song. This ISO (Initial Song Offering) is really innovative and I can already envisage how popular this will be with both established and emerging artists from around the world.

It is evidently clear that VEZT will go Viral after a few well known and emerging artists start spreading the work to their fans via social media.... I definitely expect this to happen! Another great thing about VEZT is that it will allow artists to select the date & time which they want their song (ISO) offered which focuses promotional & marketing efforts on a particular moment which will definitely help increase the impact & urgency, which will drive much more interest & rights purchasing from their fans, friends, families, brands and investors.
