Not always. There is so much more factors included but doing hard work you will get better chance to be sucessful in something.

Lets say you playing lottery. If you played only once the chance that you will win is very low. Now if you played thousend times you will increase your chance to win. Same thing goes with everything in life.

You will always need some lack and most important connection. Making connection is crucial^^

I think "Smart Work" pays more than "Hard Work". One can work tirelessly day and night on something, yet make no advancement because they aren't trying to innovate or learn something new.

This goes not only for career or business but physically and mentally too. One can spend years doing 100-push ups a day and yes, you will be fit but you will eventually plateau and find diminishing returns. One can keep producing the same high quality good but when another company comes along with the same thing with some added value or at a better profit margin they will eventually do better than you.
Working hard and smart go hand in hand.

You can work like an ox or you can work like Bruce Lee.

hardwork pay off if you do it in a smart way , if only hard work can do everything then labours are the most richest person , but there is a need to put your hard work in right direction.

Definitely not, hardwork help you survive but doesn't make you rich.

Definitely not,
Hardwork help you survive but
Doesn't make you rich.
