Once I am big enough I don't see an issue as long as I know the charity. So many charities today are fronts for the directors to cream off the takings and only a small portion is forwarded for the intended that need it.
If a charity showed what they did and had an open book policy then yes but I wouldn't want a vote going into the wrong hands. Local charities I support here I know they are following through with what they promised.
Yes, most definitely. I think fundition.io is not just for the Steem ecosystem, but for the whole development of the world an incredibly important development. Recently I talked with some friends from Africa about this, and I think that Steem in several years time can make an incredible impact there, as no really well working banking systems do exist for now in the most parts of Africa. More than that, not just upvotes, also straight donations from what I have available.
RIght now I search out new users, plankton that has what I consider good content and upvote them when I can. This is a form of charity, as I give to those in need, less fortunate than myself, etc.
There have been a few cases in the past where you could donate crypto directly to disaster relief funds, charities and other organizations of that ilk.
I have done so in the past when I have considered the cause a worthy one and as my holdings grow will surely continue that in the future
Right now, no, because I am already stretched thin supporting content creators on the Steem Blockchain. If my Steem Power was considerable, sure I would donate upvotes to charities. I would also delegate to organizations whom I felt were charitable.

Good one, even we can give directly to the needy people.

The more I grow the more I give to charity.
