RE: Musing Posts

What are best practices to avoid down votes ?

Aside from the usual suspects such as spelling, grammar, formatting etc. I have been considering not replying to any comments on my articles/answers as well as not commenting on anyone else's answers as this seems to be one way that trolls single you out. Kind of like in real life but here online, there are no repercussions for them as there would be in real life.

Sort:
  1. Don't spam others post by making unnecessary comments.
  2. Don't use unnecessary tags as some of them belong to some communities and misusing them result in down votes.
    3)Don't copy and paste content.
4)Don't make posts of low quality.
  3. *Most importantly don't mess with whales.

Downvotes do affect reputation score of a steemit user and it can also make the user loose the earnings on his or her contents on steemit, the

best practices to make in other to prevent downvotes is that you should make sure that your

contents are fit to be on the steemit platform, ensure that the content is a good

content, ensure that you are not spamming everywhere on steemit, ensure that you do not

downvote others too for no reason, also make sure that you are not abusive to other steemians on the steemit platform..

start making good content because when a bad content comes in trending section then the whales downvote them and also avoid arguments and begging for votes on some"s profile .
