As I understand, Stinc's removing SP from projects doesn't change the size of the rewards pool.
Stinc's delegations made SteemIt a false economy where only a small number of large projects were succeeding.
As the rewards pool is a limited pie, this is a positive development for all of the independent creators on the platform as they will be getting a slightly larger piece of the pie.
