Yes, it is a very hard transition. I was lucky to already know of a story about someone who went through it. I was ready to be unhappy, but I really had no clue of how bad it would be. This is a major reason I try to help people lose weight when they are younger, stronger, and more resilient than I was. Out of all the weight loss stories I have followed since - only one person just stayed happy. Everyone else has a hard time changing.
