Review:
I don't know why the government doesn't usually pay much attention to villages as they do in cities. Both villages and cities need good roads. I am sure some notable people in government are also passing through the road you have talked about. When a road is bad, people can easily get into accidents, and having a bad road in a community is not something good. I believe creating more awareness can get the attention of the government.
