My Diary Game: A DAY TO REMEMBER IN MY LIFE AND OTHER ENGAGEMENTS - 12/11/2025

Hello Steemians, God bless you and give answers to your prayers every day.

November 12th is a unique day for me. This time it wasn't just about anniversary but enjoying the company of my superiors.

My wife woke me up that morning to wish me a happy anniversary, and I responded with a cool hug. It was our three years of marital grace.
After that, I prepared my son for school. While we were going, we got him some biscuits, as he didn't want to eat early. Dropping him off, I entered the church and said a short prayer to strengthen our marriage as we have journeyed in the past few years.

From there I met in charge with others discussing. It wasn't too long before they ended the conversations. The next in leadership climbed the stairs, as 3 of them shared the same building but separate and comfortable flats. I and one other joined him to find out certain things from him.
We were still discussing, the overall boss came and we all sat together. While we were talking and laughing I told them that “today is our marriage anniversary”, happiness wine was brought and we enjoyed it with others.
About an hour, excused us to take his leave to attend a meeting, and we followed downstairs, that's how we sat in front of the church and just continued gisting with others as he drove off.
Working on installing another tank stand to supply water in the last floor was ongoing. I went round to check on tje workers.

As we were talking we were observing the road, a banana seller with a beautiful banana was seen on the other side of the road, we shouted for her attention, and we bought the banana with groundnut and used it to prolong our stay while we engaged in discussions.

I left the church yard about 12:15pm, went to Udosen Uko Street to check my job in the printing center. I was there to see the design and make corrections. The process was delayed and I left to see my wife at home. That was how the man selling roasted chicken and fried yam couldn't allow me to pass in peace. The roasted chicken was very inviting and I had to honour the invitation as I know my wife will appreciate it. I got some for her.
Getting home, she was sleeping and my son was too. I quietly joined them to sleep from about 3:20 pm down to 4:27pm.

Wednesday is Bible study in our church by 5pm prompt, therefore, I got up and woke her to get ready. We went to church and had a wonderful moment of increasing our spiritual growth through studying His Word. The topic for this Wednesday was “Avoiding Controversies with Heretics with the text drawn from 2Timothy 2:14-19. The Bible emphasizes in verse 14 against arguments and quarreling, while in verse 15, believers are encouraged to study to show one's self approval to rightly dividing the word of truth.

The study was very timely as many people are using social media to argue and quarrel with each other. The study took us through 6:30pm and we were dismissed after sharing the grace.

When we got home, I brought out wine from the fridge and popped it for our 3 years of marriage for just my wife, my son and I.
It was cool, although there was a power outage, yet we enjoyed ourselves until we slept.
