RE: Lessons from Mother Ayahuasca. Night 10: I got my aliens!

in #naturalmedicine5 years ago

I was always an atheist before I saw the snake, I believed in science and cold hard biological facts. The snake stayed with me for over an hour the first time and it was scary and intimidating but beautiful at the same time.

When I had that atheistic outlook I was always afraid of death but after seeing the snake all that changed for me. Now I don't see death as the end of everything just the end of the body that I've had a lend of to experience this reality. I certainly don't want to die but when my time comes I strongly believe it will be much easier for me than it would if I'd never tried Aya.

I still don't really believe in God or walk a spiritual path but when my time comes I see it as the next chapter in a very long book.

The alien experiences with other worlds are some of the best experiences I've had. The logical part of my brain likes to think it can all be explained in terms of chemistry and the effects on neurotransmitters etc but but when you become immersed into another reality like that it's just as real as this reality here.

Great read @choogirl

Yeah, I liked reading about your alien experiences. Since then, I've actually had another encounter (different aliens) in shamanic journeying, so that was cool.

I was also an atheist but I'm not anymore. That doesn't mean I found organised religion though. That's still a load of BS, but the plant medicine has definitely shown me that a lot more is out there and we are far more connected than what I ever thought was possible.

Thanks for reading!
