YES, YES, YES!!! Nadi shodhana, breakfast, lunch and tea!!!! I especially LOVE that you have detailed the SCIENCE of this as I refused, when I taught yoga, or when I teach this to school students, to just say it was calming without explaining why. It has SUCH an impact on the parasympathetic nervous system!! Love this, dropping in some support channels for extra 🧡🤞
