RE: The Freedom of Natural Medicine Demands Life Long Learning & Personal Responsibility
Oh gosh I love this. It's so perfect. Each and everyone of us needs to do the groundwork ourselves for our own health - you have to research and know what's good for you. That's super hard for some people, and when it costs so much money, it's even harder. I love my naturopath as she CLARIFIES what I've been thinking myself or answers my questions about the science of it, or throws new research at me - but she's a special one. I can do a one off $120 with her and just email her if I have questions, then I get back on track and I'm okay again. But most of it is my own hard work and grunt. But that's okay, because we should be responsible for our own bodies, right? What I love is that we've got a sounding board now with Natural Medicine, people we can go to - like you!! You're my go to now! xx
Love your work sister, this is a fabulous post xx
That's a very cool way to use your naturopath! :) Nice! We don't have that luxury here in Thailand (other than the Chinese TCM Dr) which makes the resources and sharing of Natural Medicine SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT!! You are slowing changing the world, sis, one blog post at a time.
