The Dairy Game: Processing Palm Fruits At The Village (21-2-2026)

Hello everyone, good morning all and how are guys doing? I believe you all have a nice weekend . My name idara but I bears here on steemit @darlindara . I am so proud to be here on this platform , this is the best place to be. Today dairy game is activities everywhere,
I woke early this morning , I first of all visit my toilet, brushed my teeth, and take my bath prepared myself and left for work . When I get to the shop, the was already open everyone was sitting down less busy, there was no work after sometimes my mom called me to come to the village and help her to process palm fruits.

Myself

So I left the shop and moved down to the village, when I reached the village they have already gathered the palm fruits in one place. Those fruits did not just fall there, we carefully removed them from the bunches one after the other. So helping my mother to process this palm fruits is something I do with joy, because it reminds me of how strong and hardworking she is. First, we separated the fruits from the stick bunch stems. We make sure we didn't waste any, after gethering them all together,
We pot the on fire and poured the palm fruits inside and applied water and leave it to be cooked very well, after that when it was done, they removed it and put it for engine for the remaining process.

Processing the palm fruits

So the engine for pounding, after that we put it for another engine for pressing so that the oil to come out. And we used red oil to cook food mostly like,
Delicious soup
stews and others things.
The next step is the palmkanel

So after cracking the palm nuts, what reminds is the strong hard shell.may look simple but it very useful . It's one of the best natural fuels in many homes. We used it with firewood to cook food. So from palm fruits to fresh red oil, the kernels, and the shells, you can see everything has value. What many people see as a waste is actually a blessing and source of income for many families.
