Today I noticed some of my parsley was bolting, so I yanked off the flowering stem. Is it true that parsley only lasts two years, or will the root continue to grow into more new plants?
Yes, I read it only lasts 2 years!! I tried cutting off the flowers to no avail on another parsley and it still died! This is a 2 year old parsley plant! Now I just enjoy the flowers. I’ll just buy a new plant. 😊
