My trip to Lake Baikal (May 6, 2018)
Hello Steemians!
In my previous post, I wrote that in the beginning of May, I went to the city of Irkutsk, Russia for a couple of days. Since, Lake Baikal is not far away from the city (just 50-60 km away), I decided to visit it. So, I travelled by bus from Irkutsk to Listvyanka. Listvyanka is a small city on the bank of Baikal.
Just to inform you, according to Wikipedia, Lake Baikal is the largest freshwater lake by volume in the world, containing 22–23% of the world's fresh surface water.
So, let me show you some pictures of Lake Baikal, that I took:

What month did you visit it, it looks like it was not the high season, as it doesn't look crowded, or intentionally you might have skipped crowded pics?
@yanipetkov, I visited Lake Baikal in the begning of May. The tourists season starts in the begining of June.
I dont remember seeing such a beautifully blue pic for a long time now. Reference to the first one!

Какая восхитительная СИНЕВА!!! @cryptospa Благодаря твоему посту я наконец-таки первый раз в жизни использовал слова СИНЕВА для обозначения глубокого синего цвета, а не для обозначения злоупотребляющего алкоголем индивида))) Фотографии правда Классные. Озеро Байкал стооит особняком в списке мест, которые я планирую посетить в этой жизни)
