In my rooftop garden one plant has Dieback issue. Do you know what is dieback.

Dieback is a common symptom that may lead to the death of a plant. It is mainly found in woody plants. But it can be seen in any plant. Dieback starts from the tip of the plant and it slowly spreads towards the branches and roots.
Dieback is mainly a disease caused by acid rain, excessive pollution or by fungal infection or by major climatic changes.
The above scenario may be occurred in my rooftop garden, and this is may be a the cause of the dieback.
