I finally went to my physical therapist this week, and I immediately had a relief of the back pain. It's still not good, still lying down al day, but it already does feel better. I can't wait till my next appointment.

Today, I will show you some nice pictures I took along the nort-west coast of Spain, also known as Costa del Morte. This rugged coastline with some nice beaches and stunning blue waters is an amazing place to wonder around in.
