It did look great back in the day.... No new pond for me I'm afraid. Not with a 2yr old running around the place.
Awwww shame! Hard with Children. I did see a mesh grod system which sits just under the water so stop people and animals from getting in.
But safety is paramount. Glad it brought you joy.
@artystuff has a big pond with fish. Not sure if Koi though
