yah ek sundar, meediyam saiz ka paanee mein rahane vaala pakshee hai. yah aaibis faimilee ka sabase zyaada paaya jaane vaala sadasy hai, jo eshiya, yoorop, afreeka, ostreliya aur amerika ke alag-alag hisson mein paaya jaata hai. bhaarat mein, ise jheelon, taalaabon aur daladalee zameen ke paas bhee aasaanee se dekha ja sakata hai. glosee aaibis apanee lambee, daraantee ke aakaar kee chonch ke lie pahachaana jaata hai. door se, yah pakshee gahara kaala ya bhoora dikhaee deta hai, lekin isakee asalee sundarata paas se hee dikhatee hai. sooraj kee roshanee mein isake pankhon par ek metailik hara aur bainganee rang kee chamak dikhatee hai, jisase ise "glosee" naam mila hai. yah pakshee zyaadaatar taaze paanee kee jheelon, nadee ke kinaaron, dhaan ke kheton aur kinaare kee jheelon mein rahata hai. yah ek milanasaar pakshee hai aur aksar jhund mein khaana dhoondhate hue dekha jaata hai. raat mein, yah pedon ya oonchee jhaadiyon mein basera karata hai. glosee aaibis ko abhee "sabase kam chinta vaalee" kaitegaree mein rakha gaya hai, lekin paanee ke sors ka sookhana, pradooshan aur pestisaid ka zyaada istemaal isake kudaratee ghar ke lie khatara ban raha hai. glosee aaibis na sirf ikosistam ka ek zarooree hissa hai, balki bardavochars aur fotograafaron ka bhee pasandeeda sabjekt hai. isakee anokhee chonch aur indradhanushee chamak ise doosare paanee mein rahane vaale pakshiyon se alag banaatee hai.

The Glossy Ibis is not only an essential part of the ecosystem but also a favorite subject for birdwatchers and photographers.
