Cloudy Morning Walk in Edinburgh
Another morning stroll through Edinburgh’s Old Town, and once again I had no shortage of interesting subjects and scenes worth photographing. New College, with its famous Assembly Hall, was unfortunately closed, so I could only capture the exterior with my camera. I continued along the Royal Mile to the castle, from where I was able to capture the cloudy sky above the city. Nearby, a street musician dressed in traditional Scottish clothing was performing. A narrow alleyway revealed a view down to the imposing Scott Monument. The walk ended at the Toolboth Tavern with its unique clock. Later, in the afternoon, I headed to the famous Forth Bridge, from which I’ll be sharing some impressions with you in my next post
