Ukrainian and Russian officials end third round of talks

The two sides met for another round of talks on Monday with progress reported on the issue of humanitarian corridors, according to The Associated Press. More than 1.7 million people have fled Ukraine in the days since the Russian invasion began, the United Nations Refugee Agency reports.
